Job Summary:

Under the general direction of the Director of Hospice, the Bereavement Coordinator is the member of the Hospice Interdisciplinary Team who is responsible for all aspects of the Bereavement Program including developing, implementing coordinating and supervising all activities.

Qualifications:

·        Masters in Social Work

·        Two (2) to three (3) years experience in a psychosocial setting providing counseling services

·        Experience with grief and loss issues highly preferred
