The Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts is located in the Park Square Building in downtown Boston, within walking distance of the Boston Common. Our office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. We look forward to working with you and answering your questions.

Helen Siegel, RN, MBA, is the Alliance’s director of regulatory & clinical affairs. Her responsibilities include advocacy and assistance on clinical/aide/hospice issues, coordinating the Alliance’s clinically-oriented committees and interest groups, and helping members with managed care and insurance issues. Directions To Our Office
Confusingly, the Park Square Building has three entrances, each with its own address: 31 St. James Avenue, 207 Berkeley Street, and 61 Arlington Street. Regardless of which entrance you use, walk toward the center of the lobby and check in with the security desk before taking the elevator to the seventh floor. Turn left when you get off the elevator; we're halfway down the hall.
By MBTA
Take the Green Line to Arlington Station. Walk approximately one block south on Arlington (i.e., away from The Common). Enter at 61 Arlington St., in the same building as the Soveriegn Bank.
Alternately, take the Orange Line or Commuter Rail to Back Bay Station. From the station's Clarendon Street exit, turn left following Clarendon St. for two blocks, then turn right on St. James Avenue. The 207 Berkeley St. entrance is in front of you (it's the building with the Fire & Ice restaurant).
By Car
From the South Shore/Rhode Island:
- Take 93N toward Boston
- Take Exit 20 toward South Station/Mass Pike (I-90)
- Follow signs toward South Station, bearing right then left (~1.2 miles)
- Turn Left at Kneeland (~0.2 miles), which turns into Stuart (another ~0.2 miles)
- Turn Right at the dead end onto Charles St.
- Park in any of the garages in the area
From the North Shore/ New Hampshire:
- Take the I-93 South
- Take Exit 26 toward Storrow Drive (2 miles); Merge into the left-hand lane
- Exit left onto Beacon Street
- Immediate right on Arlington Steet
- Left on Stuart Steet (0.4 miles)
- Park in any of the garages in the area
From the Western Mass / Worcester:
- Take the Mass Pike (I-90) E
- Take Exit 24A toward South Station
- Turn Left at Kneeland (~0.2 miles), which turns into Stuart (another ~0.2 miles)
- Turn Right at the dead end onto Charles St.
- Park in any of the garages in the area.
