The Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts (HCA) is the premier non-profit trade association for the Massachusetts home care and hospice industry. Founded in 1969, HCA provides representation, communication, and advocacy for home care & hospice providers and gives them the education and resources they need to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services. Our mission is connecting people and organizations to advance the health of communities through equitable access to quality care and services in the home.
